Taylor was once again given the honour of opening the show after previously opening the AMA's and iHeart Radio Music Festival earlier in the year.
What makes tonight's performance special is that Taylor tweeted just before the show to say that she had a case laryngitis and in the pre show interviews you could really tell she was sick as shown HERE.
Taylor is said to still have sounded amazing during her 20 minute performance where she performed We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Blank Space, I Knew You Were Trouble, Love Story and Shake it off. Taylor again performed her pop remix of Love Story tonight.
Above: Taylor arriving on the red carpet at the 2014 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball in Los Angeles. For once Taylor was one of the earliest to arrive as she is traditionally late to these types of events regardless of if she is opening the show or not.
We all feel bad for Taylor being sick right now as she has a busy performance schedule in London and NYC in the next week.
Lets hope she rests up and her laryngitis clears up soon.
